Finding solutions

There are times when it’s useful to have an outsider help us find solutions, develop plans, facilitate discussions, manage debate or be a circuit breaker when issues bog down. An external facilitator brings a fresh approach, is independent and can ask the questions others maybe reluctant to.

Leaders often want to be part of the debate without leading it. They want honest input that isn’t coloured by what others think the leader wants. They want to become part of the team and part of the solution. I design bespoke sessions specially for the needs of your team.

As a facilitator I make no assumptions, I don’t get caught up with politics or personalities, I can ask stupid questions, explore new ideas and challenge people’s thinking.

I provide sessions on strategic planning, improving team effectiveness, collaborative teaming, change management, pitch strategies, project reviews and many other topics.
